This 2br 1ba unit is located directly across from the Hatfield McCoys Pocahontas Trailhead/Visitor Center at Coaldale WV and offers Direct Trail side access. Ground floor entrance, plenty of parking, great for couples, small groups and Families.
This main floor unit features 2 bedroom, 1 full bath with a kitchen. It sleeps 4, with 4 twin XL beds and up to 5 with a pull out sofa bed and is fully equipped with towels, linens, utensils, coffeemaker and crock pot, hotplate, full size fridge, microwave, basically everything you need. There is plenty of room to park your vehicles and unhook your trailers to be ready to go out on the town after a full day of trail riding. Rent the lock-out unit Miners Den, for larger groups to add 6 more beds and 1 more bath.
Fire pit, grill, picnic table, security cameras and Trailside accommodations right on the Pocahontas trailhead. Ride all four Hatfield McCoy southern trails and Virginia Spearhead trails too all from FWH ! Over 500 Miles of OFF Road Heaven! We offer Trail permits, Trail GPS tablets, T-shirts, firewood and Guide services for applicable Fees.
Park to right of house on concrete driveway, near patio and in yard behind, machine wash station, and storage on site.

Cancellation Policy
Reservations cancelled 30 or more days prior to check-in date will result in a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations between 14 and 29 days before check-in will be charged a fee equal to 20% of the total invoice. Cancellations between 7 and 13 days before check-in will be charged a fee equal to 30% of the total invoice. Reservations cancelled 6 or fewer days before check-in are non-refundable.
DATE CHANGES: With a 2 week notice, dates can be changed with no penalty. If dates changes are requested within 14 days of arrival, a 15% fee will be charged. ALL DATES ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY!
Four Wheeler Heaven LLC reserves the right to waive this cancellation policy if you are not feeling well or if you or a member of your immediately family has, or is suspected of having, COVID-19 in the week leading up to check-in.
Deposit Policy
Reservations require 30% advanced payment based on the total cost of your booking.
